John has over 30 years of business management experience. At ODUS, he adds to our overseas advisory expertise based out of the UK/EU. John is a seasoned executive with experience gained at Board level across functions sectors and cultures including fund management, financial services, brokerages, franchising, realty, leisure, telecoms, contract outsourcing, consultancy and knowledge processing. In addition to his work for ODUS John remains a non-executive director of two companies in Europe, Coactum Ltd (legal services) and Startwell Ltd, (leisure). John's longest appointment was for 18 years (1979-1997) as APAC Regional Director for M W Marshall & Co, UK (Main Board), one of the world's largest money market
brokers where he led operations in Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney & Tokyo. He successfully grew the business to be a significant contributor to global revenues and developed central banking relations and market access in China, Malaysia, Philippines, Korea & Indonesia. He led the successful acquisition and integration of Capital Market and Treasure Services Hong Kong into the MWM Group during his tenure thereby transforming the Groups business in the Japanese market.
